ReplyDeletehopefully a verdit will come soon!
there WILL be justice for jeffrey
I hope you get the verdict you are hoping for. I remember that morning when he was shot, cops swarmed our neighborhood. God Bless you and your family.
ReplyDeleteI took the stand in this case in hope of bringing your family justice and closure. I will continue to pray untill a guilty verdict is reached.
ReplyDeleteHang in there. They are probably going over the entire trial step by step to ensure they are making a unanimous decision in the end. My prayers are with you and your family. You have done an outstanding job letting the public know how a criminal trial proceeds the "good, the bad and the ugly". The waiting is the hardest, but in the end I believe the truth will prevail
ReplyDeleteAnon 5:40—thank you for doing and saying what was right—the truth will ultimately prevail, if not this life, certainly in the next. I'm very hopeful that in this case, truth and justice will be administered in both this earthly life and the next.
ReplyDeleteIt's easy for all of us to think we could have walked into the jury room and just voted guilty immediately. I'd like to think the jury is thinking about every single witness, everything that was said, and then they weed out what they don't find credible. Only then can they come to an understanding of the truth. The jury will be living with their decision for the rest of their lives, too.
Each man and woman on that jury needs to be at peace with their decision.
Let us not forget why we are here, and remember Jeff and all officers who lost their lives taking care of people like you and me this Memorial Day. And maybe even smile at a cop every so often, like I do ... they might think I'm an idiot, but I know why I'm doing it.
My son, went to the acadamey with Jeffrey, did volunteer policing with Jeffrey and I believe they were also in the same SJSU AJ gratuating class together. In fact, my son was on the East Side of San Jose on the midnight shift on the night Jeffrey was killed. It was just 10 days after they both finished their field training. This case broke my heart and I have cried and continue to cry a mother's tears when I think of Jeffrey. There must be justice for Jeffrey and for your family. You have been through to much and waited to long for there not to be justice.
ReplyDeleteHey bro....this is John....both Christine and I are waiting out here in VA for the verdict. We are confident that you will prevail!
